I am located in Woodland, CA (just outside of Sacramento in Northern California). Remote sessions are conducted via Telehealth (online via Zoom) and in-person sessions are located at my office in Woodland.

Yes, my office is located at 163 Second Street in Woodland, CA.

My private-pay (out-of-pocket) rate is $100 per 25 minutes of therapy time. 

25 minutes = $100

50 minutes = $200

75 minutes = $300

Sessions run 45-60 minutes with the average session at 50 minutes.

The first appointment is a thorough 60-minute assessment where I get to know you, your symptoms, and challenges. Together we’ll develop goals and a plan for future sessions.

This is based on the severity of your symptoms, how you respond to treatment, and how quickly you start feeling better. On average, clients are in therapy for six months to a year.

No, I do not accept insurance. However, upon request, I can provide a superbill – an itemized receipt that you may submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
